Stason Shishido, DDS
General and Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Stason Shishido was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He attended the University of Hawaii for his first two years of undergraduate college, and then transfered to UCLA, where he finished his B.S. Degree in Biology. He then attended and graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1987, and then completed a post-doctural Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at UCSF. Dr. Shishido has been practicing Dentistry in San Jose since 1988, and has been at this current location since 1992.
Dr. Shishido currently resides in San Jose, CA, with his wife and two boys. He enjoys golf, traveling, going to the movies, supporting the San Jose Sharks and spending time with his family. Dr Shishido is a member of the West San Jose Kiwanis Club as well as Hui Ilima, a Hawaiian Club.

Shantia Kazemi, DDS, MS
Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon
Dr. Kazemi is an award-winning Board-Certified Periodontist and Implant Surgeon. With years of experience in the field of periodontal surgery, Dr. Kazemi specializes in same-day teeth replacement, graftless/full arch implant solutions, minimally invasive gum graft techniques and periodontal plastic procedures, bone grafts and ridge augmentations, block grafts, guided bone regeneration (GBR), and sinus lift procedures. In addition to utilizing advanced microsurgery instruments, she uses minimally invasive and non-invasive techniques that allow for superior results, minimal discomfort, and faster recovery for the procedures she performs.
Dr. Kazemi completed her certificate in Periodontal Surgery & Implant Dentistry at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. During her time at USC, she was President of the Advanced Periodontology Residents Study Club, and was selected to receive an Associate Endowed Scholarship from the USC School of Dentistry in 2017. She is also a recipient of the prestigious grant from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for her research project entitled ‘’The Effect of Prosthesis Dimensions and Implant Dimensions on Peri-Implant Marginal Bone’’.
Before her time at USC, she earned her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Translational Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received the Board of Trustees Scholarship for academic excellence in 2015. Dr. Kazemi has been the recipient of several awards and honors within the dental industry, and she has lectured nationally and internationally on implant dentistry and laser dentistry. She has also published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, and currently serves as peer reviewer and associate editor of scientific journals in the field of implant dentistry and periodontology.
Dr. Kazemi strives to make dental visits a low-stress experience with minimal discomfort, and she takes pride in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to each patient based on their unique individual needs. When not working, she spends time with her family & friends, and enjoys hiking, swimming, gardening, and traveling.
Charmee Patel, DDS
General & Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Charmee Patel is a highly skilled and dedicated dentist practicing in Bay Area for over 10 years. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington DC. After graduation she moved to California for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. During this one-year post doctoral training, Dr. Patel was able to further expand her clinical training in all aspects of dentistry including providing care to medically compromised patients.
Known for her gentle chair side manner, Dr. Patel takes pride in fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment for her patients. She is compassionate about providing comprehensive and personalized care to all her patients by listening to their concerns and prioritizing their needs.
Dr. Patel has a particular interest in preventive dentistry and oral health education, striving to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain optimal dental wellness. She consistently attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
When not with patients, Dr. Patel loves to spend time with her family and friends as well as traveling, baking and exploring new restaurants.
Megan Constant, DDS, MS
Orthodontist
Megan Constant, DDS, is a highly trained orthodontist and Top 1% invisalign providers nationwide. Dr. Constant was born and raised in the Bay Area, and completed most of her studies throughout the state of California. She attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in biological sciences, and she then moved to San Francisco to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. Growing up, Dr. Constant worked for her father, Dr. David Constant, but it wasn’t until she worked for a dentist in San Luis Obispo that her passion for becoming an orthodontist was solidified. She practiced as a general dentist for a year in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale, California, before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to earn her orthodontic certificate. Dr. Constant is committed to maintaining her advanced dental credentials with continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advances in modern orthodontic care.
Dr. Constant is married to a local firefighter and has two beautiful daughters whom they absolutely adore. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy traveling, cooking, and being around friends and family. Dr. Constant enjoys helping her patients achieve gorgeous smiles with her dental expertise and compassionate orthodontic care, and she looks forward to working with you.
Regina Nand
Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator
Regina Nand’s passion for helping others, along with her superior organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, has been evident throughout her life, even from an early age. Ever since Regina was a child, she has been known to go the extra mile for others. When she was in summer camp, she would get the “go-for” award, for always asking others if they needed help. As she began her career journey, she quickly realized that the jobs she most enjoyed were the ones where she felt like she could make a difference in someone’s life. One of her favorite sayings is “A smile is contagious”, and she tries to radiate from within at all times.
From the moment she began her career in patient care over 20 years ago, she immediately fell in love with it, and she knew she had found her life’s passion. This led her to pursue further education in the patient care field, and she ultimately received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from SJSU. While she was in school as SJSU, her inherent leadership skills were instantly recognized by those around her. Regina was chosen to represent the entire college during bi-monthly meetings with the Dean of College of Applied Science and Arts, and was then elected as president.
As Regina migrated to the dental field, she has been able to draw on her understanding of both back office and front office management responsibilities, bringing her knowledge together to seamlessly communicate with both patients and doctors. Throughout her career, she has accumulated a wealth of experience and a full understanding of all the different aspects of the field of dentistry. She is responsive, professional, and caring, and she is always here with a smile and a friendly greeting to help provide our patients with a welcoming and comfortable experience.
In her free time, Regina likes to read, hang out with her family, spend time in the gym, and travel whenever possible.
