Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon
Shantia Kazemi, DDS, MS
Dr. Kazemi is an award-winning Board-Certified Periodontist and Implant Surgeon. With years of experience in the field of periodontal surgery, Dr. Kazemi specializes in same-day teeth replacement, graftless/full arch implant solutions, minimally invasive gum graft techniques and periodontal plastic procedures, bone grafts and ridge augmentations, block grafts, guided bone regeneration (GBR), and sinus lift procedures. In addition to utilizing advanced microsurgery instruments, she uses minimally invasive and non-invasive techniques that allow for superior results, minimal discomfort, and faster recovery for the procedures she performs.
Dr. Kazemi completed her certificate in Periodontal Surgery & Implant Dentistry at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. During her time at USC, she was President of the Advanced Periodontology Residents Study Club, and was selected to receive an Associate Endowed Scholarship from the USC School of Dentistry in 2017. She is also a recipient of the prestigious grant from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for her research project entitled ‘’The Effect of Prosthesis Dimensions and Implant Dimensions on Peri-Implant Marginal Bone’’.
Before her time at USC, she earned her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Translational Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received the Board of Trustees Scholarship for academic excellence in 2015. Dr. Kazemi has been the recipient of several awards and honors within the dental industry, and she has lectured nationally and internationally on implant dentistry and laser dentistry. She has also published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, and currently serves as peer reviewer and associate editor of scientific journals in the field of implant dentistry and periodontology.
Dr. Kazemi strives to make dental visits a low-stress experience with minimal discomfort, and she takes pride in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to each patient based on their unique individual needs. When not working, she spends time with her family & friends, and enjoys hiking, swimming, gardening, and traveling.

Megan Constant, DDS, MS
Megan Constant, DDS, is a highly trained orthodontist and Top 1% invisalign providers nationwide. Dr. Constant was born and raised in the Bay Area, and completed most of her studies throughout the state of California. She attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in biological sciences, and she then moved to San Francisco to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. Growing up, Dr. Constant worked for her father, Dr. David Constant, but it wasn’t until she worked for a dentist in San Luis Obispo that her passion for becoming an orthodontist was solidified. She practiced as a general dentist for a year in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale, California, before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to earn her orthodontic certificate. Dr. Constant is committed to maintaining her advanced dental credentials with continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advances in modern orthodontic care.
Dr. Constant is married to a local firefighter and has two beautiful daughters whom they absolutely adore. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy traveling, cooking, and being around friends and family. Dr. Constant enjoys helping her patients achieve gorgeous smiles with her dental expertise and compassionate orthodontic care, and she looks forward to working with you.

Dr. Radhika Mistry
Dr. Mistry is a general dentist practicing in the Bay Area. She is dedicated to providing quality care to all the patients and the team would often mention her gentle approach with treatment. She is passionate about using new technology and advancing her skills through continuing education.
Dr. Radhika Mistry graduated with honors from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, USC, CA and Bachelors in Dental Surgery, India. She is an active member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association & Santa Clara Dental Society.
Besides work, she loves spending time outdoors with her three kids, husband and dog. Dr. Mistry also enjoys exploring food experiences and her DIY projects.

Charmee Patel, DDS
Dr. Charmee Patel is a highly skilled and dedicated dentist practicing in Bay Area for over 10 years. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington DC. After graduation she moved to California for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. During this one-year post doctoral training, Dr. Patel was able to further expand her clinical training in all aspects of dentistry including providing care to medically compromised patients.
Known for her gentle chair side manner, Dr. Patel takes pride in fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment for her patients. She is compassionate about providing comprehensive and personalized care to all her patients by listening to their concerns and prioritizing their needs.
Dr. Patel has a particular interest in preventive dentistry and oral health education, striving to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain optimal dental wellness. She consistently attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Sneha Mirchandani
Dr. Sneha Mirchandani was born and raised in India where she completed her dental degree from Dharmsinh Desai University in Gujarat. After practicing in her hometown of Ahmedabad for a few years, Dr. Mirchandani moved to the US and obtained her doctorate in dental surgery from University of the Pacific in downtown San Francisco. She continues to educate herself through dental journals and books, as well as, attending various CE courses. She is accomplished in a broad range of preventive and restorative dental services and is a certified Invisalign® provider. Not only does she love caring for patients, she enjoys working with the latest in dental technology. Dr. Mirchandani aims to provide patients with a comfortable, relaxed environment to ease them into their dental care and collaboratively develop the best treatment plans for their individual needs. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mirchandani loves spending time with her husband and 2 toddlers exploring hiking trails in the area. She is an avid baker, and loves reading and traveling.

Aaliyah completed her undergrad education at Arizona State University in 2016 receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Magna Cum Laude. She also graduated with Honors from Foothill College in 2022 where she received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and was the graduating class Co-President. Aaliyah is the recipient of the 2022 Pam Hughes Award awarded by the California Dental Hygiene Education Association for professionalism, passion for learning, and sincere commitment to the Dental Hygiene profession. The same year, she was also recognized and received a Colgate STAR award for compassion in patient care, enthusiasm for community service, and dedication to and enjoyment of the profession of Dental Hygiene. Aaliyah is a proud member of the California Dental Hygienists’ Association. Aaliyah strives to provide the best experience possible to her patients with a loving and gentle touch. She also enjoys building connections with her patients and educating them on achieving and maintaining proper oral health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering to further help her community.
Chriselena
Chriselena was born and raised in Milpitas, California. She graduated from Carrington College Dental Hygiene Program 2017. Her own experience growing up regarding oral hygiene has inspired her in pursing a life of giving back. She strongly believes in providing quality and comfort and thrives on getting to know her patients on a one to one level. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and having outdoor adventures.
